Report a problem
Every report reaches a person. We would much rather investigate a false alarm than miss something real.
Malware or suspicious behaviour
A download that triggers your security software, behaves unexpectedly, or is not what the listing described. Treated as urgent — we can quarantine a product immediately while we investigate.
Copyright or piracy
Someone is selling your work, or a listing includes material they are not licensed to redistribute. We accept claims from rights holders and provide a counter-notice process for sellers.
Misleading compatibility
A product does not work with the DAW, operating system, or format the listing claims.
Broken download or missing licence key
You paid and cannot get the file, or the key does not work.
Abusive content or fraud
Listings, reviews or messages that are abusive, deceptive, or attempting to defraud buyers.
What happens next
- Safety reports are triaged first. If buyer safety may be at risk we quarantine the product immediately, before concluding the investigation.
- Evidence is preserved — including the listing as it appeared and the exact file in question — so a decision can be reviewed later.
- Ambiguous infringement claims are decided by a person, never automatically. Both the claimant and the seller get to be heard.
- If a product is recalled, affected buyers are notified directly.
