Approval requirements

We approve sellers before they can list, and we review every seller’s first product by hand. Here is what that actually means.

You own what you sell, or are licensed to sell it

You declare this per product. Reselling someone else’s work, repackaging leaked content, or including third-party samples you are not licensed to redistribute will get a listing removed and, on repeat, an account closed.

Your compatibility claims are accurate

List only the operating systems, formats and host versions you have actually tested. Inaccurate compatibility is the single largest cause of refund requests, and persistent inaccuracy is treated as a policy problem, not an honest mistake.

Your uploads pass automated scanning

Every file is quarantined and scanned in an isolated sandbox before anyone can download it. We never execute your files — analysis is static. Installers and executables are normal for audio software and are not disqualifying; they simply get closer scrutiny.

You support what you sell

A working support contact, and a reasonable effort to answer buyers. Your response record is visible on your storefront.

You handle updates responsibly

Every upload creates a new immutable version that is scanned and reviewed again. An approved build is never silently replaced — buyers can always see which version they have.
